The Service

TipStage provides a platform for street performers and independent artists to receive digital tips via QR codes and manage their public profiles. The service is operated by StanHattie LLC.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a performer account. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Payments

• Tips are processed by Stripe and flow directly to the performer's connected Stripe account.
• TipStage charges a 2.5% platform fee on each tip.
• Tippers may optionally cover processing fees.
• Tips are voluntary and non-refundable. Performers may issue refunds through their Stripe dashboard.
• TipStage does not offer paid subscription tiers. Every feature is free.

Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bio, media links). By posting content, you grant TipStage a license to display it on the platform. You must not post content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

Prohibited Uses

• Impersonating another performer
• Using the platform for money laundering or fraud
• Automated scraping or abuse of the API
• Posting illegal, harmful, or infringing content

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for payment processing failures, lost tips, or service interruptions.
